Nancy began her real estate career in the Roaring Fork Valley; Aspen, Snowmass Village and Old Snowmass, Woody Creek, and Basalt. Now residing in Denver, she focuses her business in the Denver area, while still working with resort clients.

Integrity, reliability, trustworthiness, and knowledge have always been Nancy’s underlying values for doing business. Her advice and guidance while either selling or buying a property are based on these principles. Her passion for life-long learning, strong values and keen listening skills come together to make her clients’ experience a positive and rewarding one. Nancy travels both nationally and internationally, while keeping up with global real estate information and connections. Knowledge of both the local and global real estate markets are a must in keeping herself and her clients informed. Her goal is to have her clients reach their goals.

Nancy has a long Colorado family history, as well as family military history. Her great great maternal grandfather, an Oxford-educated mining engineer, immigrated to Colorado in 1881 with his wife. On her father’s side, beginning with her great great great great grandfather, and ending with her own father, she is a descendant of those who have served, from the Revolutionary War to the Viet Nam War.

Nancy met and married her husband John, who was then president of Michigan State University and former president of the University of Connecticut. Later, when he chosen as president of Tufts University she was at his side, traveling, entertaining and fundraising for the university. At the same time, she was overseeing sales of Bogner of America’s largest geographical U.S. territory.

Nancy’s advanced degrees include a both a Global Master of Arts and a Master of Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, majoring in international business/finance, and minoring in conflict resolution/negotiations, and a Master of Public Administration. In addition, she holds the GRI (Global Real Estate Institute) and TRC (Transnational Referral Certification), as well as having completed courses for Certified International Specialist. She is a member of FIABCI (International Federation of Real Estate) and the Institute of Luxury Marketing.

Nancy served four terms as Aspen Board of Realtors’® Treasurer, and is an Aspen Institute’s Society of Fellows member. She supports the Colorado Outward Bound School, the Aspen and Denver Art Museums, and the Denver Botanical Garden. She also serves on the statewide board of the Humane Society of the United States. But most importantly to her, she supports the Alzheimer’s Association as her husband John is now in Memory Care, and knows she is like 5.2 million other families.

As an agent who's an expert in this local area, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here. It's not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information. I am eager to serve you. Here are some of the things I can do for you:

Find Your Next Home
You need someone who knows this area inside and out! I can work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home

Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.

Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
